Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your nominated UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been approved and your medication has been dispensed or dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations and patient safety guidelines.
If your order is declined following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
